Refund & Reshipment Policy

1. General Conditions
Due to the sensitive nature of our laboratory reagents, all sales are final once the product has been dispatched. We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” or incorrect research planning. We encourage all researchers to verify chemical data before completing payment.
📦 Reshipment Guarantee
If a package is lost in transit or seized by customs, we offer a one-time 100% free reshipment to a secondary address provided by the client. This guarantee is valid only for “Tracked” shipping methods.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by typos or outdated addresses provided by the buyer.
- Package Refusal: If a package is refused at the door, it will likely be destroyed by the courier. No refund is possible in this case.
- Unclaimed Items: Packages returned due to failure to collect from a local post office will not be refunded.
3. Claims Process
To initiate a claim, please contact our support via Telegram or Email with your order number. For quality disputes, a photo of the product in its original vacuum seal is required for investigation by our lab team.
